Our experience over the past 2 decades has taught us to respectfully and periodically question the adage “The customer is always right.” While some customers have (or have a team that has) a clear vision of what technological soultions they need to attain optimal security in their premises, as well as the expertise to understand myriad options available, majority of the customers do not have these resources at their disposal.

We often request our customers to think of us as Doctors. Doctors who have spent twenty odd years coming across all kinds of cases, with each case / installation providing invaluable experience which therefore allows for quick and effective diagnosis, thereby facilitating the best prescription under the circumstances. We belive that like medicine, Security should be left to the experts.

Cebex offers consultancy services to design new electronic security solutions, which are industry / application specific and designed ground up with the customer’s problem statement, budget and specific requirements in mind. We even offer multiple techno-commercial options for every system design (solution vertical), without charge* (The entire design fee is adjusted against order value for BOQ suggested).

For systems that are already fitted and need to be evaluated / upgraded, we even offer security audit services. WE also offer technologocal consultancy for sensitive or discreet security concerns as well, including covert video and audio solutions, jamming / sweeping, and other such ancillary services.
